This part-time position offers schedule flexibility, reasonable hours during tax season, and competitive compensation. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to keep their tax skills sharp without committing to a full-time role.

We are seeking candidates with 1–5 years of tax preparation experience and/or credentials such as CPA, EA, or participation in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program. We will also consider motivated candidates with less experience who have a strong interest in learning tax preparation. Individuals with a background in business or students pursuing accounting or business degrees are encouraged to apply—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare individual and business tax returns for review

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education & Experience

• CPA, EA, or IRS Annual Filing Season Program participant preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or current student in accounting or business

• 1–3 years of experience in public accounting and tax preparation preferred

Compensation
