Receptionist
Nidey Erdahl Meier & Araguás, PLC
Nidey Erdahl Meier & Araguas, PLC seeks a part-time receptionist to join our team. Hours are expected to be 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a half-hour lunch break, although some flexibility in those hours is possible. The position has the potential to grow to a full-time role.
Duties include:
- Front office reception
- Telephone reception
- Gathering information from potential clients
- Scheduling appointments and mediation sessions
- Ordering supplies and coordinating with firm vendors
- General clerical duties including copying, scanning, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and taking payments
- Organization and light housekeeping duties for the office
- Errands and general duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will be professional, well-organized, and personable with excellent customer service skills.
- Requirements include experience with Microsoft Office and general familiarity with computers, software, and copiers.
- Spanish skills and experience with the cloud-based ProLaw case management and court electronic filing systems are highly desirable.
Compensation is $17 per hour. We provide a covered parking space in the ramp attached to our building.
