Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming? Join our team at a busy high traffic apartment community on the southwest side of Cedar Rapids.

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hallways and common areas across two apartment buildings. Duties include dust mopping, wet mopping, dusting, and general upkeep of shared spaces. For added convenience, each building is equipped with an auto scrubber to make cleaning more efficient.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Each building gets cleaned twice a week, 5 hours each time for a total of 20 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earn up to $16.50 per hour
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Paid on-site training provided

• Reliable and self-motivated individuals
• Ability to work comfortably around residents and visitors
• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required
