Become a Distribution Coordinator for The Gazette  (Cedar Rapids Area)

Since 1883, carriers have been delivering The Gazette to the homes of our subscribers in the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City greater metro area. In fact, many of the employees at The Gazette are former carriers themselves. Join the tradition of early morning delivery by joining our distribution team.

 

The Gazette seeks motivated individuals to coordinate the efficient operation of the Tiffin distribution center.

Compensation is $18.00/hour with $0.48/mile for part time shifts every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday mornings (10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.).

Responsibilities include:

• Organization and distribution of route lists and carrier supplies
• Product sorting and assembly
• Delivery of newspapers to homes

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Reliable and insured motor vehicle
