Kinseth Hospitality is adding a Manager of Investor Relations & Capital Markets to our corporate team in Coralville, Iowa.
 

THE ROLE
This person will own the day-to-day execution of our investor relations and capital formation activities —
managing communications with our 70+ JV partner network, executing capital raises for acquisitions and
developments, maintaining our Juniper Square CRM, and serving as the first point of contact for investor
inquiries. They’ll work directly with Vice President on live deals.
 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–7 years in real estate investor relations, capital markets, private equity operations, or commercial real estate finance
• Working knowledge of JV structures, LP/GP economics, and standard return metrics (IRR, equity multiple, DSCR)
• Experience preparing investor-facing materials: pitch decks, investment memos, quarterly reports
• Proficiency with Juniper Square or comparable investor management platform
• Strong written communication — this person will draft materials that represent KHC to our most important financial relationships
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a strong plus but not required
