We will be hiring a couple of real estate research folks to join our Hawkeye Land team.

Hawkeye is a privately held real estate portfolio with holdings in 20 states consisting of railroad properties, warehouses, farmland and easement rights. The proper candidates should have proficiency is using Google Earth and Arc Gis softwares as well as being very computer literate and able to navigate various county government GIS , recorder, auditor, assessor, and treasurer sites. We will gladly consider retired folks looking to step back into the workstream as well. Applicants must have the ability to read deeds and both read and write legal descriptions as well as have a good working knowledge of Sections, Townships, and Ranges. If you have prior experience with working in banking, title research, or even real estate sales you would be a good fit.
