Join our team and begin a career in precision manufacturing. As a Machinist Assistant, you will work alongside experienced machinists producing precision aerospace and defense components. No prior machining experience is required—we provide on-the-job training for individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include deburring and finishing precision machined parts, assisting with chemical conversion coating and other processing operations, loading and unloading CNC machining centers, cleaning and preparing parts for inspection and shipment, moving materials throughout the shop, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. You will also assist machinists with setup activities, tooling, and other production support tasks while learning modern manufacturing methods and quality standards.
