Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa’s Department of Hematology/Oncology, has a full time position available for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant-Certified.  

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of highly dedicated physicians and staff whose primary mission is to provide high quality, compassionate care to our patients.  

 

You will be a member of a team of three Oncologists, three advanced practice providers, nurses and other professionals dedicated to the care of our patients.  Primary responsibilities would include providing hematology/oncology patient care in conjunction with developing treatment plans and providing patient education.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have clinical expertise in the management of acute and chronic conditions related to cancer and blood disorders.  
• Previous oncology experience and oncology certification are preferred.  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills are required. An attention to detail is required.
