Sales Team Member  

Job Description: 

Our sales team are trained and supported to sell fabric and sewing tools. The role includes assisting in store decorating, demonstrating products, educating customers and supporting our online sales and inventory control. Excellence in customer support and communication are key factors in our most successful members.

Principal Responsibilities: 

• Learn and be well-versed on products and services. 

• Demonstrate and educate customers provide a full-service customer experience. 
• Listen to customers and provide solutions for a best match of products and services in a sales role. 
• Prepare and present good education support and conversations to advance sales and customer service. 
• Providing a kind, caring and effective customer service experience to all guests and team members.
• Ensures visually pleasing merchandise displays including signing and assortment in all departments.  

Job Qualifications: 

• Be a problem solver
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Must have a CAN-DO attitude and be open to coaching and encouragement 
• Experience as a customer service or sales associate 

• Confident with computer technologies including functional digital skills in social media and communicating via email and telephone.

What if you don't sew? No worries! All of the key skills that have to do with sewing are teachable. We are very experienced in coaching team members to be successful as customer service members at Inspired to Sew.

Schedule:

• All members work some 2 Saturdays of 4 weeks 
• There is NO evenings and NO Sundays.
