Ovation Networks is seeking a motivated and reliable Network Installation Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical networking skills who enjoys working in dynamic environments and traveling to project sites.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience along with experience in designing, installing, and maintaining Wi-Fi and surveillance camera networks, along with advanced PC troubleshooting and networking expertise. Prior experience with network, fiber, and structured cabling installations is highly desirable. Construction experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support network installation projects from planning through completion
• Lead, manage, train and develop team of four to seven technicians
• Design, install, and maintain Wi-Fi and surveillance camera networks
• Perform advanced PC troubleshooting and network diagnostics
• Oversee fiber and cabling installations
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure project success
• Travel weekly throughout the Midwest, with occasional national travel

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
• Cable/Fiber testing and certification skills
• Experience with Wi-Fi and surveillance camera systems
• Reliable, trustworthy, and ethical
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Solid communication skills and ability to work closely with team and sub-contactors

Preferred Qualifications

• Network, fiber, and structured cabling installation experience
• Construction background
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
