We are looking to add a part time Development Coordinator to our team!
Hours per week: Average of 30
Hourly wage: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following)
- Work with the Chief Development Officer in the administration of Matthew 25’s fundraising and donor relations activities to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage donor database with an eye for detail in data management and comfort in data analysis:
- Maintain accurate donor and volunteer records.
- Process incoming donations in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of interactions, including event attendance.
- Enter notes, tasks, relationships and other information to aid in donor relations activities.
- Run reports and assist with analysis and reconciliation.
- Do routine maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity.
- Follow established procedures to ensure appropriate recognition and stewardship actions occur.
- Coordinate thank you letters and other mailings to supporters.
- Maintain guest lists and provide other administrative support associated with donor events.
- Coordinate donor appreciation gifts and other recognition initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to aid the Chief Development Officer and Executive Director in donor outreach and relationship building.
- Assist with scheduling donor meetings and speaking opportunities for the Chief Development Officer and Executive Director.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and in a friendly, professional and appreciative manner.
- Create reports and analyze data to determine trends and identify donors for special outreach.
- Oversee volunteers that support Development efforts.
- Review media outlets regularly for news about donors and notify other staff of life events.
- Create and maintain tracking systems for special fundraising initiatives.
- Assist in the documentation of standard processes and procedures.
- Recommend process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Display and promote company values.
- Regular attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES (include but are not limited to the following)
- Ability to manage complex constituent data, including gift entry, interactions, relationships, tasks, special flags and other notes.
- Knowledgeable about database management and data integrity best practices.
- Skilled in generating reports and data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and CRM databases, with ability to learn new systems quickly.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE (include but are not limited to the following)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent in relevant experience required.
- Experience with database management software required.
