Steindler Physical Therapy, is looking for a Full- Time Patient Service Specialists to join our team. As a Patient Service Specialist, you are the first connection to our patients and will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience.  Responsibilities include answering the phone, patient registration and scheduling, and the collection of payments.  Our Patient Service Specialists also assist clinicians in their day-to-day work, allowing them to maximize their efficiency and to create an overall positive experience they will talk about to their family and friends.  

Job Duties:

• Greeting Patient to welcome them in our clinic
• Register/update patient information in electronic medical records system
• Collect patient payments/answer billing and insurance questions
• Answering phones to schedule appointments and patient inquiries

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with technology including computers and phone systems
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task.
