We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Aesthetic Nurse (RN) to join our medical spa team. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about aesthetics, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, and is committed to delivering exceptional, safe, and natural-looking results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual goals
• Perform and/or assist with aesthetic procedures in accordance with training, protocols, and medical standards
• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and post-care instructions
• Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and consistent results
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation
• Support retail skincare recommendations and product education
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience
• Assist with general spa operations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license (Iowa)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to educate and connect with clients
• Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor
• Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment
• Team-focused with a positive, flexible attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• BLS certification
• Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical settings
• Familiarity with medical-grade skincare and aesthetic treatments
